Returns

EASY RETURNS:


We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged items must be brand new with all original garment tags still attached. Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the incorrect item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.

 

You may also cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-measure you may only be able to cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the item hasn't been altered yet.

  • Returns are free for domestic customers based in H.K. 
  • Please note, any international shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

     

    If you receive an item and wish to return it please contact our care team at care@alisonsman.com 
    within 14 days of receiving the item 

     

    We will then provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded.

     

    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
    Please note that the we may refuse a refund if the garment as been made according to your precise measurements i.e) made-to-measure.

     

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    Please contact our care team immediately upon receiving the order. You have 7 days after the purchase to either exchange or get a refund on defective items

    Contact us with photographic evidence and description of the damage on the product. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the damaged item must be in its brand new, unused, unwashed conditions with all original garment tags still attached. Footwear must be in their original shoe box and dust bags.

     

    Refunds to credit card

    Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

    The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

     

    LATE MISSING REFUNDS

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/Paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and there is no sign of it, please contact us at care@alisonsman.com 

     

     

    EXCHANGES:

    Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. We can exchange items of the same price. If you would like a different item at a higher price the cost of the difference will apply. Postage costs will apply to send the exchange.
